Throughout June 2007 beautiful Shoalwater Bay in Queensland will be inundated with American and Australian troops conducting war games in this pristine wilderness area. They will drop untold numbers of bombs throughout the region and the Great Barrier Reef National Park and destroy much of the unique heritage of the area. This is a consequence of John Howard, after the last election, signing a twenty year lease for America to test their weapons on Australian soil. It seems nothing has changed since we allowed Britain to test their nuclear bombs here in the 1950s. Future generations will once again pay the price of this madness. This is my response in song.
